I recently attended a fundraiser event at a high end hotel in San Francisco. The event was crowded with young people who were enjoying the open bar and DJ. I, unfortunately, though I had my purse and jacket stolen and quickly spoke with one of the security guys, who immediately contacted the rest of security and the event organizer, and developed a strategy for resolving the situation.
